Rules for using the Naksathra consumer product. Astrology guidance is interpretive and educational; it is not a substitute for professional advice.

Agreement and eligibility
By using Naksathra you agree to these terms. Some features may not be available yet and are added over time. You must be of legal age in your country to create an account or make payments.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Plans and credits follow the prices shown at checkout and the balance in your wallet. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or its payments. Do not scrape the site, overload it with automated requests, or try to access other users' or administrator areas.
Astrology services
Charts, matching and timing results are calculated when you request them. Some readings are offered as educational previews before a full version is available. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our results beyond your personal use.
Payments, quotes and taxes
Checkout amounts come from the live quote API. Display prices on cards are not a binding total. Taxes and provider fees follow the catalogue and payment partner. Refunds follow the refund policy and provider outcomes.
Subscriptions and renewals
Recurring plans renew according to the catalogue period you chose. Cancel before the renewal window closes to avoid the next charge. Wallet and subscription membership update from server state after confirmation.
Intellectual property
Our brand names, design and published media belong to us. The birth details you submit remain yours. Results are for your personal use unless a product says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not harass practitioners, spoof sessions, or use the product for unlawful surveillance. Child-safety and crisis routing rules in the disclaimer apply. Abuse may lead to suspension without inventing charges.
WhatsApp and messaging channels
Opt-in messaging follows your consent. Reply STOP in WhatsApp to end marketing messages. Web handoffs never invent a chat send on this consumer plane.
Third-party services
Hosting, sign-in and payment partners process the data needed to run Naksathra. Their terms apply alongside these. We never sell personal charts or birth details.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for how readings are interpreted, for outages at third-party providers, or for decisions you make after reading a chart. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse of your account or content you upload, except where we are solely at fault.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before formal proceedings, please raise any dispute with our support team so we can try to resolve it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when a new version publishes. Continued use after the date means you accept the updated terms.
